How can I file my request for entry on the list of professional representatives to the EPO?

The simplest and easiest way to request entry or re-entry is via MyEPO Portfolio. For how to use MyEPO Portfolio, see the feature guides, in particular MyEPO Portfolio feature guide - representative area, in the Getting started section of this page.  

If you’re not a user of MyEPO Portfolio, you can file your request for entry or re-entry on the list of professional representatives by following the instructions accessible via the Options for professional representatives page in the Law & practice section.
