How do I make a request to the EPO for entry/re-entry on the list of professional representatives?

If you’re not a user of MyEPO, you can make your request by following the instructions on our Options for representatives page. Please submit your request as an attachment in PDF format, naming your attachment as follows: Last name, First name_request.pdf
