Does the EPO plan to introduce oral proceedings in which some parties are present and others join via VICO?

"Mixed-mode oral proceedings" in which some parties, representatives and/or accompanying persons attend by videoconference while others are physically present in the oral proceedings room together with the division members cannot be requested for opposition oral proceedings.
