I am using Central Fee Payment but cannot see Automatic debiting management. Why not?

Your company administrator has not granted you the necessary rights. Your company administrator can assign the rights in MyEPO:

  • Sign in to MyEPO and click Admin area in the top menu.
  • Click Company members to view all users with two-step verification in your company and their rights.
  • To manage a user's rights, select the option with the level of rights that user should have from the drop-down menu under Fee payment rights.
  • Any changes you make are saved automatically.

The company administrator can also grant the necessary access rights under Manage deposit account user rights in Central Fee Payment.
