What if I have an EPO smart card - can I still access EPO online services?

From the beginning of January 2025, you can no longer use an EPO smart card to access EPO online services.

  If you didn't manage to activate two-factor authentication using your smart card before the end of 2024, please contact us at epo.org/support for help activating two-factor authentication for your smart card account.

If you already activated two-factor authentication for your smart card account, just sign in to your account using your email address, password and your preferred two-factor authentication option.
