I've forgotten my password. How do I recover it?

In the sign-in screen, enter your email address and select Sign in using email address. You'll be asked for your password on the next screen. Instead, follow the link Forgotten your password?. 

Enter the email address you indicated when creating your account. You'll receive an email inviting you to reset the password for your EPO account. Follow the instructions in that email.
