Why can't I select all email alert options?

The availability of email alert options depends on the access rights granted to you by the company administrator: 

  • If you have access to the Mailbox feature, you can opt to be notified of new mail items. 
  • If you have access to a portfolio of applications, you can opt to be alerted to new tasks and deadlines. 
  • If you do not have any access rights assigned, you will not see any alert options available.
