As a patent attorney, I want to see who has access to my portfolio and be able to manage it. Can I do that?

You can if you are defined in MyEPO as a company administrator. If you have been added as a recipient, and have administrative rights, you will be able to view your portfolio and see which colleagues have permission to access it.
