Technical fault in MyEPO service (Reference No. INC0484597)

We are currently experiencing issues with MyEPO, impacting the viewing and downloading of new communications and submission packages. The issue was first identified at 18:0h0 on Sunday, July 5th. Our technical team is working to fix them as soon as possible.
