Technical fault in online (filing) services (reference no. CS198413) detected and resolved
Between 26.08.2024 07.00h and 29.08.2024 09.45h we experienced technical problems with Online Filing, Online Filing 2.0 and WIPO ePCT Filing services (RO/EP) for payment of fees via deposit accounts. Although debit orders have been successfully received, they were not automatically processed. Provided there were sufficient funds in the deposit account at the time of receipt of the debit order, the EPO has now processed the order(s) with the date of receipt as the payment date. No action needs to be taken on your side.
