How does the EPO use this audio recording for minutes and what happens to it afterwards?
The audio recording of oral proceedings is used to generate a transcript of the proceedings. This transcript is then used to draft the minutes of the proceedings with the assistance of AI. As soon as the minutes of the proceedings are issued, the audio recording is deleted.
