Should my camera be switched on during the entire oral proceedings session
All cameras (except for those of members of the public attending opposition VICOs) should be switched on at the beginning of the VICO in order to allow for the identities of the participants to be checked and should remain on so that all parties are visible throughout the entire proceedings. The chair may allow non-speaking participants to turn off their cameras. You should only switch on your microphone when you are given the floor by the chair.
