I want to pay a renewal fee but I don’t see it listed under "Fees due". What should I do?

Renewal fees can be paid in advance of the due date but only during the periods for valid payment stipulated in Rule 51(1) EPC. If the period for valid payment has not started, the renewal fee will not be available under FEES DUE and can’t be paid. If you want to pay a renewal fee as early as possible, please do so on the first day of the period for valid payment.

If you filed a divisional application, please wait a few days before paying the renewal fee. Due fees – or fees for which the period for valid payment has started – can only be paid in CFP once the application information has been entered in the EPO systems.
