How does automatic licence renewal work?
- Enable automatic licence renewal by selecting the Automatic renewal checkbox on the order form.
- You will receive an invoice end of November or early in December for the following year. This allows enough time to ensure that the EPO receives payment before 1 January and that your access remains uninterrupted.
- Licences will continue to be renewed automatically each year unless you explicitly request cancellation before December by emailing [email protected].
