1.6. Combination of features pertaining to separate embodiments or lists
According to well-established case law, a single feature may normally be taken from a single list and be incorporated into a claim without contravening Art. 123(2) EPC. If features from more than a single list are combined, there generally needs to be a pointer for each of the selections made such that the combination of selected features can be considered disclosed in the application as filed (T 1878/19).
