83If the request for unitary effect was filed after the deadline under Rule 6(1) UPR, i.e. one month after publication of the mention of the grant of the European Patent in the European Patent Bulletin, re-establishment of rights can be requested in respect of the unitary effect request. Your request for re-establishment must however be filed within two months of expiry of the one-month deadline (see Rule 22(2) UPR). In addition, the request for unitary effect must be filed and the prescribed fee for re-establishment paid within the same two-month period (Rule 22(3) UPR, Article 2(2) RFeesUPP).
