126Rights relating to Unitary Patents such as transfers, licences and other rights (rights in rem, pledges, security interests etc.), as well as any legal means of execution may be recorded in the Register for unitary patent protection. Rules 22 to 24 EPC apply mutatis mutandis. This means that registrations in the Register for unitary patent protection follow the same rules as registrations for European patent applications.
