9. General aspects of full and partial compliance and non-compliance with the minimum requirements

General aspects of full or partial compliance with the applicable minimum requirements for entry into the European phase are dealt with in A‑XIII, 9.1. These concern the requirements for provisional protection under Art. 67, for filing a divisional application and for a Euro-PCT application to become part of the state of art under Art. 54(3).

The legal consequences of non-compliance are dealt with for each of the minimum requirements in A‑XIII, 3 to 8. The general aspects of non-compliance with more than one minimum requirement for entry into the European phase are dealt with in A‑XIII, 9.2.
