3.2 Notices of opposition filed electronically
Without prejudice to other means of filing, notices of opposition may be filed in electronic form using EPO Online Filing (OLF) or Online Filing 2.0 or the EPO Contingency Upload Service (OJ EPO 2025, A52OJ EPO 2021, A42).
