Chapter XIII – Registration of changes of name, transfers, licences and other rights
1. General
Under Rules 22 to Rule 24 and 85 in conjunction with Rule 143(1)(w), rights relating to an application or, where applicable, a European patent and any transfers of such rights are registered in the European Patent Register.
Transfers and changes of name are recorded as particulars of the applicant or proprietor in accordance with Rule 143(1)(f).
