4.4.2 Fee for a certified copy of the priority document for the applicant
The fee for a certified copy of the international application for the applicant is payable to the RO/EP and is fixed by the EPO (see A‑VI, 1.8). No fee is payable if the request has been filed using MyEPO Portfolio, irrespective of whether the certified copy is issued electronically or on paper.
