1.8 Certified copies of international applications 

Where the applicant needs a certified copy of an international application which was filed with the EPO as receiving Office, a request may be filed with the EPO together with, where applicable, the payment of the relevant fee (see GL, A‑III, 4.4.2). Certified copies requested via MyEPO will be issued by the EPO either electronically to the Mailbox or, if specifically so requested, on paper.
