Mediation and arbitration of patent disputes

This open course provides a comprehensive overview of the potential and operation of mediation and arbitration for resolving patent disputes. In addition to covering transversal questions of patent-specific mediation and arbitration, it also deals with PMAC specific rules. 

The course is available 24/7 for self-paced study and includes quizzes and self-assessment tools. Participants will gain an understanding of the procedures and rules applicable to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided under the UPC framework.
