Notifications are governed in detail by Art. 119 EPC and R. 125 to 130 EPC. Notification may be made by postal services (R. 126 EPC), means of electronic communication (R. 127 EPC), delivery by hand (R. 128 EPC) or by public notification (R. 129 EPC).
