How can self-representing parties register general authorisations for their employees?

Self-representing parties may register general authorisations for those of their employees who are neither professional representatives nor legal practitioners:

  • via MyEPO, or
  • by submitting Form 1004 or 7004 to EPO customer services.

To register an authorisation for specific proceedings only (EP, UP or PCT), you must specify this using Form 1004 or 7004.
