What better way to launch your career than with a 12-month paid traineeship at an international organisation?
The Pan-European Seal Programme gives high-achieving university graduates the chance to gain valuable on-the-job work experience in the multicultural environments of the European Patent Office (EPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Trainees at the EPO will undertake challenging assignments in one of a wide range of departments located at its headquarters in Munich, Germany. Details of the current openings - a total of more than 90 traineeships are available this year - can be found here:
As a responsible employer, we care about our staff, and our working environment will provide you with the opportunity to learn, develop your skills and grow your potential and employability. In return, you will bring a fresh perspective to our work and help us fulfil our mission.
You will be assigned a mentor for the duration of your traineeship, who will coach you and help you develop your competencies and practise them on a daily basis.
You will have the opportunity to make an individual contribution on both a professional and personal level, as well as make new friends and build a professional network.
The programme is open exclusively to top graduates from our partner universities in 35 European states.
