Judicial internships at the Board of Appeal

These internships for judges are jointly organised by the Boards of Appeal and the European Patent Academy. Internships' objectives include promoting a harmonised understanding of the EPC, appeal proceedings at the EPO Boards of Appeal and the European patent litigation landscape.

Each internship lasts two weeks at the EPO and BoA venues in Munich. Prior to the internship, judicial interns must complete the online course on patentability and revocation proceedings.
