Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPCs)

This open course provides a comprehensive overview of the legal framework, explains how to search for and understand data on SPCs in EPO’s databases. It offers a concise overview of the legal requirements, procedures and of SPCs’ relevance for innovation in the pharmaceutical and life-science sectors. 

The open course is available 24/7 for self-paced study and includes self-assessment tools to support independent learning. Participants can complete the course at their own pace while managing other professional commitments.
