Post-grant procedures for Technology Transfer Officers (RTTP-recognised)

Patents are a powerful asset in the toolbox of a technology transfer professional.

This two-day interactive course covers the steps and options a technology transfer office may face when the technology they are assisting has been granted a patent. Topics include the patent system, opposition and appeals processes, as well as how IP is used in business environments.

It is currently being assessed for accreditation by the Alliance of Technology Transfer Professionals (ATTP) to carries continuing education (CE) points for the Registered Technology Transfer Professional (RTTP) professional qualification (subject to an attendance of at least 90% of the course).

This activity is planned in Q4. Exact dates and details to be announced.
