Search II: implementing a complete search

This workshop on search allows to leverage the several learning resources on implementing a complete search. It will be very much practice oriented.

Session 1: After a quick summary of the previous workshop on search strategy and the theoretical

knowledge behind implementing a complete search, a group exercise will be presented and discussed, to illustrate the various aspects of the proposed methodology.

As a part of the first session, the participants will be invited to prepare a case study for the second session. This case study shall be submitted at latest 2 days prior to the second session to the tutors. Additionally, participants are welcomed to use one of their own personal files for the practical component.

Session 2: The tutors will discuss the solution of the case study including some anonymous examples from the participants and answer the questions posted in the forum between the two online sessions.

The workshop is not focused on a specific search tool.

Before attending the workshop, the participants will be invited to carefully study the training material that is published in the course room.

Participants are invited to take the complete suite of three workshops on search.
