Teilnahmekriterien
Hochschulen, die ein Interesse an der Programmteilnahme bekunden, erhalten Zugriff auf ein Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), in dem die Bedingungen für eine Zusammenarbeit im Bereich IP-Sensibilisierung und Bildung im Rahmen des Programms "Pan-European Seal" festgelegt sind.
Teilnahmekriterien (je nach Hochschule/Fachgebiet):
- Bestehende Zusammenarbeit mit dem EPA/EUIPO
- Beteiligung an IP-Netzwerken (z. B. EIPIN, EIPTN, ATRIP)
- Angebot von IP-Programmen (z. B. IP-Zentren; IP-Studiengänge – LL.M., MBA, Master, Promotion, Postdoc usw. – oder auch IP-Inhalte, Seminare usw.) in EPO- bzw. EUIPO-Mitgliedstaaten
- Forschungszentren für IP und/oder Technologietransfer
- Lehrpläne mit förderfähigen Fachgebieten
- Internationale Austauschprogramme (z. B. Erasmus)
- Mehrsprachiger Unterricht
- Verwendung von E-Learning-Tools
- Anwendung von ECTS
- Ausstellung von Diplomzusatz
- THE-Ranking (Times Higher Education)
- CWTS Leiden Ranking
