The EPO has published an advance version of its newest legal publication, the Guidelines for Search and Examination at the EPO as PCT Authority (PCT-EPO Guidelines). These will enter into force on 1 November 2015.
Split into six parts, covering the procedure from the formalities examination to amendments and corrections, the PCT-EPO Guidelines should help applicants make best use of the PCT procedure at the EPO.
