The EPO's Strategic Plan will outline our vision for the Office and its implementation will ensure that we continue to provide high-quality patent services that encourage innovation and contribute to growth. The EPO operates in a collaborative environment and thus we invite you to share your views on our future priorities.
The public consultation on the EPO's Strategic Plan is focussed on three topics. If you would like to submit your input on some or all of the topics listed below, download the template, comment in the fields provided, and e-mail the completed document

This consultation will run from 23 January – 15 March 2019.
Input received on or before 15 March 2019 will be reviewed and considered for the final proposal of the EPO Strategic Plan.
We may publish contributions from the stakeholders on our website provided we have received their permission.
The proposal elaborated following the consultation will be submitted to the Administrative Council for adoption in June 2019.
Subsequently, the approved version will be published on our website.
This public consultation invites comments from people or stakeholders who are interested in the EPO's Strategic Plan.
Subject to your permission, we may publish contributions on our website.
